It’s green inside, and stinky. You eat it (if you dare) with boiled potatoes and other cheeses, for a peculiarly Swiss meal called ‘Gschwelti’ (I think that’s how you spell it).

I lived in Switzerland for 3 years, but in Geneva, which always struck me as less truly Swiss than where you are right now. I look forward to checking you out regularly; Yay for swiss expats!
